As a Per Diem Client Service Representative, you'll provide compassionate service to pet owners while supporting the front desk operations of a fast-paced, 24-hour specialty hospital dedicated to exceptional patient care.

Per Diem Requirements: This is a casual, as-needed position designed for professionals seeking scheduling flexibility while supporting hospital operations based on business needs.

In Your Day-to-Day, You Will

• Welcome clients and patients with professionalism, empathy, and compassion.
• Serve as the first point of contact for emergency and specialty appointments.
• Manage appointments, emergency visits, admissions, and patient discharges.
• Process invoices, collect payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare, review, and maintain client and patient medical records.
• Educate clients on hospital services, policies, and procedures.
• Perform administrative duties including scanning, emailing, filing, and document management.
• Answer incoming calls and direct client inquiries appropriately.
• Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture.

What You Bring

• Previous client service or customer service experience required; veterinary experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Positive, professional attitude with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and compassionate in high-stress situations.
