About job: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Packaging Associate to join our team in Houston, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for carefully packing, labeling, and preparing household and commercial items for transportation and storage. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the packing process. No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Responsibilities * Safely pack household and commercial items using industry-approved materials and techniques * Wrap, label, and organize items to ensure accurate tracking and secure transportation * Prepare boxes, containers, and packing materials according to company guidelines * Inspect packed items to ensure proper protection and secure packaging * Follow established packing procedures and safety guidelines * Organize packed items according to designated locations and transportation requirements Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment * Willingness to learn and follow established packing procedures * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Benefits * Competitive pay * Paid training * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off (PTO) * Weekly pay * Opportunities for advancement
