High Volume Recruiter – Remote (EST) Are you a tenacious recruiter with a relentless drive to source top talent? We are seeking a High Volume Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across a growing national health organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive full-cycle recruiting strategies from outreach through offer acceptance.
- Proactively source candidates for high-volume, hard-to-fill roles, including Respiratory Therapists (RTs) and Nurses.
- Maintain data accuracy and candidate tracking within Paylocity ATS.
- Partner with hiring managers to streamline workflows and accelerate time-to-fill.
- Deploy creative direct-sourcing tactics to engage passive talent.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of a proven track record managing high-volume, full-cycle recruiting reqs ideally in the Healthcare space.
- Tenacious sourcing drive and success filling competitive, niche roles.
- Hands-on proficiency with Paylocity ATS with a demonstrated high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote EST schedule.
- Healthcare recruiting experience (sourcing RTs or Nurses) is a plus, but not required.
