Job Title: Manhattan Active TMS consultant

Work Location: Houston, Texas (Day one Onsite)

Start: Need someone who can start within 1 week after offer confirmation

Work Arrangement: Hybrid work Mode

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required from an accredited institution.

At least 8+ years of experience with Information Technology

Experience:

• Must have 6+ years of Manhattan Active TMS Experience
• We are looking for someone with prior experience in TMS who can take ownership and deliver the required testing support and configurations. Since the role involves active support during testing, strong analytical, troubleshooting, and ownership skills are essential.
• Develop and test Custom Manhattan Active TMS programs to support data conversions & interfaces, reports, enhancements and forms development
• Strong Retail Functional Knowledge
• Co-ordinate and manage Manhattan Active Support Ticket as and when it is raised.
• Replicate and resolve the internal bugs of the system.
• Developing and Testing the new enhancements.
• Should have experience in multiple Manhattan Active TMS application versions.
• Debug and resolve a variety of issues (bugs, performance, and user) by reading through trace files
• Develop utilities, procedures, and documentation upon customer requirements
• Maintain application release control (version control)
• Ensure designs produced adhere to architectural roadmap and support the development, execution and operations of applications
• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions and services
