We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Sourcer to join our team and help us connect with top-tier pharmacy professionals. Save time and money by ditching the commute and working from your own home office. This is not your typical full-cycle recruiting role. As a Clinical Sourcer, you will be the driving force behind identifying and engaging specialized talent, specifically focusing on Pharmacists and Pharmacy Managers across the country. You will work closely with hiring leaders to develop innovative sourcing strategies and build robust talent pools for hard-to-fill positions. If you enjoy proactive networking, are a creative problem solver, and have the ability to uncover hidden talent in the healthcare space, this role will be perfect for you. Responsibilities: As a Clinical Sourcer, you will be responsible for: Proactively identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of qualified clinical talent to support current and future hiring needs. Partnering closely with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies. Attracting high-quality candidates and creating dedicated talent pools for hard-to-fill pharmacy positions. Utilizing multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and modern CRM platforms. Expanding candidate networks through referrals, social media, professional associations, and networking events. Skills & Qualifications: Clinical Sourcing (3 to 5 years required) Pharmacy & Clinical Talent Networking LinkedIn Recruiter & CRM Platforms Talent Pipeline Development Remote Work Readiness (EST or CST working hours preferred
