As a Remote Customer Service Representative / Client Benefits Representative , you'll connect with clients who have requested information, answer questions, explain benefit options, and help families make informed decisions—all while working from the comfort of your home.
No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance to help you succeed.
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom.
Deliver exceptional customer service and client support.
