Job Title: Training Admin Assistant
Location: Spring Grove, PA
Type: Contract / 6months or longer
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am or 8:30am -1pm
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the Training team, including organizing and updating training materials
• Prepare and coordinate for new hire orientations
• Data entry and maintenance of training records
• Assist with printing, copying, filing, and organizing training materials
• Handle general administrative tasks such as formatting documents, supporting team needs, and organizing training resources
Requirements
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple administrative tasks
• Comfortable working onsite at our Spring Grove facility
• Reliable with strong communication and time management skills
